Friends of the Fallen is a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the dignified transfers of fallen service members at Dover Air Force Base. This group plays a vital role in ensuring the honorable handling and transfer of military personnel.
Herb serves as the Dignified Transfer Coordinator for the Friends of the Fallen organization at Dover Air Force Base. With an unwavering commitment to honoring our nation's heroes, Herb oversees the dignified transfer process, ensuring that our fallen service members are received with the utmost respect and care. His work not only supports the military community but also provides comfort and solace to grieving families.

The LBWC Executive Board meets from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm at the South Coastal Library-Meeting Room A. All Committee Chairpersons will join the Board at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please come prepared to discuss your committee plans for 2026.
